Robert Mastroianni, MD
Graduated from Tufts University Medical School in Boston in 1977. He practiced Emergency Medicine and Family Practice on the west coast, primarily in the Sierra Nevada's until moving to Maui in 2002. He counts his years at Pukalani Family Practice in association with his caring and skilled staff as some of the finest in his life. He feels truly blessed as part of this 'Ohana and these Paradise Islands.
Liat Miller, APRN
Aloha! My name is Liat Miller. I am grateful to call Maui my home and I am committed to the health and safety of our community. I was born and raised in Israel where I served as an Air Force Officer. Shortly after my service, I graduated from Bar-Ilan University with an undergraduate degree in Biotechnology. Continuing my education at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, I earned my second undergraduate degree in Nursing as well as my Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In my spare time, I enjoy surfing, yoga, canoe paddling and hanging out with my two dogs. I am passionate about whole-plant-based diet as I strongly believe in its power to improve and prevent chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart diseases and more. While working at the Pukalani Family Practice with our great Ohana, I aspire to empower individuals and families to improve their lives with high quality healthcare.

Ann Craddock, MSN, APRN, FNP
It has been a privilege providing services to the community in Maui as a Nurse Practitioner since 2004. I am originally from Northern California and moved to Maui in 2001. I worked as an RN at Kaiser Permanente and Planned Parenthood of Hawaii then continued my education receiving my Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) certification via Planned Parenthood of MN/SD in Minnesota (in collaboration with the University of Minnesota) in 2004. After working as a WHNP specializing in gynecological care until 2014, I returned to school obtaining my Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification, and Master of Science in Nursing Degree from St. Joseph’s College of Maine. When I’m not working I enjoy surfing, hiking, and spending time with my husband Kevin, and two dogs Kaila and Lani.
Scott Sadler, APRN
Hello! My name is Scott Sadler, I’m a new nurse practitioner here at Pukalani Family Practice. I was born and raised on Maui and grew up just around the corner from our office, spending much of my time surfing and kitesurfing. I earned my first Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Science with a Minor in Biology from Santa Clara University in California before completing a Bachelor’s degree in nursing through University of Hawaii Maui College as well as Boise State University. From there, I graduated from Duke University with a Masters in Nursing for a Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. My healthcare journey started by working in our Maui Emergency Department as a scribe in 2016, then as an RN in our ICU for over 4 years. In my spare time, you might catch me at the beach with family and friends. I’m excited to begin a new professional chapter here and look forward to meeting all of you.
